Westhaven Commences High Resolution Airborne Geophysical Survey on its Ben South Property

Vancouver, B.C. - November 3, 2014 - Westhaven Ventures Inc. (TSX-V:WHN) is pleased to report that a high resolution airborne geophysical survey has commenced on its Ben South property, located approximately 23 km northeast of Williams Lake, B.C. and 20 km south of its Ben Property.

This 9,503 hectare property is road accessible via the Likely highway between 150 Mile House and Likely. Recent grab sample assays of 0.23% nickel are evidence this area hosts nickeliferous serpentine similar to the recent discoveries on the Ben property. Westhaven expects the high resolution aeromagnetic survey will help identify magnetite associated with nickel mineralization as demonstrated on the Ben property.

Westhaven has engaged Precision GeoSurveys Inc. of Vancouver, B.C. to fly the helicopter-borne high resolution aeromagnetic survey over the entire 9,503 hectare property. The survey block will be flown in a systematic low-level grid pattern at 200 metre line spacing, covering approximately 529 line kilometres. The survey is expected to take 3-5 days and final maps (total magnetic intensity, first vertical magnetic derivative, and digital topographic model maps) will be ready for review shortly after the completion of the survey.
